Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Flip7 Series Open for Sale

Samsung, the leading gadget-maker and appliance manufacturer in the country, has officially launched its seventh-generation foldable smartphones. The latest products to be released by the South-Korean multinational conglomerate include the Galaxy 7 range.

It has also launched alongside smartwatches – the Galaxy Watch8 and Watch8 Classic in India. The launch comes on the heels of an impressive pre-order run that signal a strong demand and growing enthusiasm for Samsung’s foldable and wearable innovations, making them a growing leader in this category.

As the company publicizes and claims, their Fold 7 and Flip 7 range of smartphones – the Fold 7 promises to be their most innovative design to date, re-engineered to be their slimmest, lightest ever. With an expansive screen inside and out to show a new, undisputed world of craftsmanship, it’s the ‘Ultra experience unfolded’.

Samsung Galaxy Z Range Pricing:

Samsung has officially revealed the pricing of its latest foldable range in the country for the smartphones, starting with the Galaxy Z Fold 7.

Fold 7 – INR 1,74,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model
Fold 7 – INR 1,86,999 for the 12GB + 512GB model
Fold 7 – INR 2,16,999 for the 12GB + 1TB model

Product Details:

The Fold 7 series’ devices have a newly expanded 21:9 cover screen and an even sleeker form, it’s easier to hold and type. The company has touted it to have the most expansive screen on Galaxy smartphones.
There are two case varieties available – Silicone and Carbon-Shield
The range has been armored using aluminum, making it look tougher, stronger and more durable.
It comes with the Corning Gorilla Ceramic 2 glass on the screen, for enhanced resilience.
Ultra 200 MP camera – high-resolution shots, powered by the ProVisual Engine technology

Colour Variants: The Fold 7 series range comes in the shades of Blue Shadow, Jetblack, and Silver Shadow, with an online – exclusive only Mint color.

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is more affordable, as compared to the Fold 7 range. It is significantly lower in its pricing and more preferable if you have budget constraints.

Colour Variants: The Flip 7 series range comes in the shades of Blue Shadow, Coral Red, Jetblack, and the Mint shade, which is also exclusive to online buyers.

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, Samsung’s more budget-friendly clamshell foldable, starts at INR 89,999/- for the 8GB + 128GB model and INR 95,999/- for the 8GB + 256GB variant. It comes in two tones – simple black and white shades.

Samsung Smartwatch Range:

Samsung’s wearables lineup also gets an upgrade with the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, priced at INR 46,999/- for the Bluetooth variant and INR 50,999/- for LTE. It is available in black and white.
The Galaxy Watch 8, on the other hand, starts at INR 32,999 for the 40mm Bluetooth model and goes up to INR 39,999 for the 44mm LTE version, which is available in two tones – Graphite and Silver color options.

All devices—including the Fold 7, Flip 7, Flip 7 FE, the Watch 8, and Watch 8 Classic – are now available for sales across India. Samsung noted that these foldables saw over around 2.1 lakh (210,000) pre-orders in just 48 hours of its launch announcement, nearly matching the record-breaking numbers of its Galaxy S25 flagship series earlier this year.
